Bayou Inc LLC is a private holding company based in Houston, Texas. It is founded and led by Ayan Zindani. The company’s activities are conducted privately and for its own account.

THE FOUNDER

Ayan Zindani founded Bayou Inc LLC and serves as its chief executive. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in international commerce and an Eagle Scout — two credentials that share one lesson: finish what you start. He has spent more than a decade as a senior operator in his family’s hospitality enterprise, work that teaches the disciplines a holding company lives on — showing up daily, watching costs, keeping promises, and thinking in decades because buildings do.

He reads widely, writes plainly, and keeps the company small on purpose. The company is built to be handed on — kept simple enough, and strong enough, for the next generation to carry.

THE STRUCTURE

A holding company is a simple machine: a small center, clear responsibilities, and every function answering plainly to the center. Six functions cover the whole of it.

The founder is also involved in his family’s hospitality enterprise, which is operated and kept entirely separate from Bayou Inc LLC.
